We see the world a little differently than most folks. We think that small businesses are the cornerstone of our towns and cities and have an obligation to give a little back to the communities in which we work and live. At Little Shanty, we give something back every time you buy a meal combination at one of our stores. To date we've helped buy over 10,000 meals through the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and that total grows every single day thanks to our customers and partners. Nobody leaves hungry when they come to our house.

Tonight's dinner: Ginger soy tilapia, baby bok choy and jasmine rice. Not that we don't love burgers and fries but we are enjoying a little break while we search for our new home. Last night we scouted Somerville.
Even while we are looking for a new home we keep giving back. Three pallets of food donated to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey today. See you all soon.
